The Design Center of the Americas in Dania Beach celebrates the addition of two luxury Italian furniture showrooms: Versace Home and Minotti. Both brands are moving from the Miami Design District to DCOTA, for the sake of being more centrally located in South Florida.
The Versace Home Collection is the extension of the creative world of Gianni Versace: fashion, design, and a passion for all forms of arts (theater, dance, painting and sculpture). Everything is directly inspired from the distinctive Versace clothing collections, and a complete line of furniture, lighting, wall paper, flooring, accessories, textiles, fabrics and tableware, will soon be on display in the new DCOTA showroom.
With the help of the Versace Interior Design Studio, the fashion house’s style is being revived into everyday life: from luxury resorts and hotels, to private residences. That’s why the luxury brand’s furniture is exclusive, hand-made in Italy and never mass-produced.
Founded in 1950s, Minotti is considered to be one of today’s finest Italian furniture brands, representing not only Minotti but also such irreproachable designers as Rimadesio, Gallotti & Radice, Foscarini, Pellizzoni and more.
The brand’s showroom is set to feature modern Italian brands such as Rimadesio, Foscarini and Galloti & Radice — called by the furniture brand’s owner “the Ferraris of the furniture world”, as well as a wide range of textiles, lighting and accessories, coming from the dynamic personality and many-sided skills of owner Nicola Belletti and enriched by the family’s long tradition as Italy’s master designers of opulent and elegant furnishings.
